The Pre-listing Consultation

At the first meeting, your BHHSGA, REALTORS® trusted advisor will have an initial conversation to educate you on the process and understand your goals and put together a comprehensive strategy to guide you through the home selling process.

Pricing & Market Analysis

Your BHHSGA real estate advisor will prepare a market analysis to help you determine the best price to market your home, provide you with a listing agreement to establish your representation, help you prepare your home for the market with a curb appeal checklist, and enlist a professional photographer to capture your home.

This meeting will help outline your home criteria, including pricing parameters, and your timeline. This strategic approach will serve as your guiding compass throughout your home selling process.

Find Your Home's Value
Market and Show your Home

Your trusted advisor will list your home online to maximize exposure and prospective Buyers will request showings to tour your home.

The Offer and Negotiations

Once the right Buyer is identified, they will submit an offer for your consideration. Your trusted advisor will work on your behalf to negotiate with your best interest in mind.

Once an agreement is reached and the offer is accepted, you’re under contract! Based on the terms of the accepted agreement, the Buyer will have a limited timeframe to perform inspections, survey, and appraise your property.

The Buyer will have a final walk-through. Then once all terms and conditions have been satisfied, congratulations, it’s closing time!
